We invite you to stay at our holiday home - The Cottage, Church Lane, Mevagissey - a light and airy detached Victorian property, ideally situated within the charming village of Mevagissey, Cornwall.

The Cottage includes a comfortable lounge, a separate dining room and a well-equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The conservatory overlooks a private decked garden which is fully enclosed and includes patio table and chairs.

Upstairs there are two bright and cheerful bedrooms, one double and one twin convertible to a super king double, and a spacious bathroom which includes bath and shower.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and there is a Smart TV in the lounge and both bedrooms, and Apple TV. Also provided is a PlayStation 2, and CD player with Bluetooth audio link.

To the front of the property there is private off-street parking which is a much sought-after facility in Mevagissey along with a 7Kw Electric vehicle Charger.

The Cottage is just a short stroll to the harbour and the bustling village centre of Mevagissey. Here you will find a selection of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, art galleries and the usual seaside fayre. The beach is also only a short walking distance.
